June Gloom is gone, and sunny skies are finally here to stay. As LA heats up for another summer, there is only one cocktail we’re reaching for: a refreshing Aperol Spritz. Never had one? Allow us to educate. An Aperol Spritz is made from the Italian aperitif Aperol, Prosecco, seltzer and sometimes garnished with an orange peel or slice. It’s enjoyed mostly on the East Coast but these days its considered a universal summer cocktail. We’re not sure when Aperol Spritzes became the drink of the summer, but we’re glad it did. Aperol’s bitterness combined with sweet Prosecco is a match made in heaven. Here are 5 spots in LA that are home to the best Aperol Spritzes. Saluti!

This restaurant truly embodies summer in LA with its fresh beige walls and rattan look. If you’re feeling hungry, Great White’s incredible pizzas pair perfectly with a spritz. It’s the perfect spot for Sunday Brunch with the girls, a happy hour meet up post work, or if you’re in the need to soak up summer vibes with great food and drinks.

2. Eataly Terra

Location: Westfield Century City

Not all of us have the luxury of hopping on a jet to grab a spritz in Italy, but we can enjoy a piece of Europe in Century City at Eataly. Not only does this Italian market carry authentic Italian goods, but it also has a coffee shop, gelateria, and three delicious restaurants for you to enjoy. Terra is Eataly’s rooftop bar and one of our favorite spots to gather our girlfriends for happy hour. Dine al fresco with a gorgeous view of Century City and sip on one of Terra’s delightful Aperol Spritzes.

3. Gigi’s Hollywood

Step back in time into Hollywood’s Golden Era at Gigi’s. Their delightful drinks, Californian take on French food, and glam atmosphere is why it’s one of our go-to’s for an Aperol Spritz.
